Whose Gloucester video is better?

OK- So the Tour of California starts tomorrow with the prologue. My money is on Fabulous Fabian or DZ. What do you guys think? I also want to know why Fabian is holding a space age oscillating fan in the pic above.

Is DZ cool or what? Even if he does have mental issues.

You know I love VdV, but I don't think he's out to win the TdC. Yes, as Sansen says, he is high on life right now what with new baby Madeline, however his focus is the Tour de F and I'm here to tell you he will podium and Lancy Pants will not.

Above are some of the contenders for the Amgen Tour of California, which begins tomorrow at 12:00 PST. Why is Sexy Bank conspicuously absent in this picture? I need a Jens FA Voigt fix- God I wish I was going out there. Anywho, I don't know, I think Sir Lance will get his ass kicked. Levi, Andy or possibly Ivan will win it.

Why does Christian look so sad in this pic. Betcha he misses the new fam. Wait! He's sitting next to creepy guy Levi. That would probably harsh your buzz big time.

Can't wait til tomorrow for all of the fun to begin. Thank you cycling.tv for allowing me to pay you a lot of money in order to watch my boys and to continue to provide you, my lovely reader(s) with much non-factual gibberish!

I'm always glad to have the opportunity to speak openly, without fear of Fabian Cancellara or a fan twisting my words in a testy attempt to transform our little community into a global crucible of terror and gore. Let me begin by citing a range of examples from the public sphere. For starters, his method (or school, or ideology—it is hard to know exactly what to call it) goes by the name of "Fabian-ism". It is an ultra-vindictive and avowedly separatism-prone philosophy that aims to legitimate irresponsibility, laziness, and infidelity. The question, therefore, must not be, "Why doesn't he try doing something constructive for once in his life?" but rather, "Is his lack of intelligence genetic or the result of too much time spent with untoward rumormongers?". The latter question is the better one to ask because he insists that he is as innocent as a newborn lamb. This is a rather strong notion from someone who knows so little about the subject.

Here's an idea: Instead of giving Fabian the ability to destroy our sense of safety in the places we ordinarily imagine we can flee to, why don't we criticize his complicity in the widespread establishment of denominationalism? If we do, we'll then be able to free people from the spell of propagandism that he has cast over them. As I understand it, we are at war. Don't think we're not just because you're not stepping over dead bodies in the streets. We're at war with Fabian's obscene, feral manifestos. We're at war with his supercilious criticisms. And we're at war with his mingy adages. As in any war, we ought to be aware of the fact that Fabian's smear tactics promote a redistribution of wealth. This is always an appealing proposition for Fabian's henchmen because much of the redistributed wealth will undoubtedly end up in the hands of the redistributors as a condign reward for their loyalty to Fabian.

Fabian's personal interest in seeing his belief systems shoved down people's throats is fatuitous but that's to be expected of him. If Fabian is incapable of discerning the mad ramblings of loquacious, short-sighted snollygosters from the wisdom and nuance embedded in a sage's discourse then I seriously doubt that he'll be capable of determining that there are two classes of people in this world. There are those who fragment the nation into politically disharmonious units and there are those who stop his encroachments on our heritage. Fabian fits neatly into the former category, of course. In closing, all that I ask is that you join me to stop Fabian Cancellara and yank up loathsome litterbugs from the dark rocks under which they hide and flaunt them before the bright sunshine of public exposure.

This seems to be the same argument you used against Dan Martin (the last time you were on furlough at Christmas time)

It was a simple question: do you think Fabian will win the Prologue?

Look a chicken!

Hey Miss Maggie, there're some ToC press conference pics up on Flickr with your man VDV: http://www.flickr.com/photos/mnorri/

And of course, me being me, I want Cancellara to win but for some reason I'm thinking someone unexpected will win tomorrow but it won't be Cavvie or Lancie.
