The funniest part is when the dude falls jumping the barriers in the beginning of the video. He is like a guru of Cyclocross. He creates all these "how-to" videos. Nice guy!

These vids put me in such a mood to go and watch some cross!
You have to go to a Cross race! It will totally buoy your spirits for an entire week! They have to have them in merry old England, don't they?
One of the teams we hang with is Hup United. They are wicked funny. Old school- out just for the fun of it, and in to all things Belgian. Purists in other words.
